Can’t wait to try putting some Zaatar spice on our pitas tomorrow for some authentic Lebanese cuisine. I think I might need to try some Mujaddara (lentils with sautéed onions) to go with it as well.

These are the boots I treated myself to when the kids went back to school. They’re by a company called “Rocket Dog” and ever since I got them I haven’t be able to take them off. It’s like my mind is saying, “don’t let those boots out of your sight, they are too cool!”
My hubby has been indulging our need for hummus for years, but today was my first try at it. I think everyone makes hummus to their liking and turns out that mine has a dash of cumin, paprika and lots of lemon juice to get that “just right” taste.
