My very first creation of French onion soup

What a joy today to get out the onions and feed them into my new food processor (inspired by reading one of Julia Child’s cookbooks). So after the onions, the Swiss cheese flew around for a few seconds. I cut some French baguette slices, toasted them in the oven and then topped them with cheese. Such a culinary delight! Now I just need to find some little bowls to serve them in!
