I started making these little treats on Saturday, in fact I made the same recipe twice because I was sure I’d made a mistake.
Both failed miserably but tasted out of this world.
Onto another recipe on Sunday. I should have known to beware because there was no sugar called for in the recipe. I through the whole batch out.
And today? New recipe, straight off a website. To heck with cookbooks, I thought. Epicurious to my rescue. Eating bites of almond heaven. That’s it. Perseverance rewarded.
