Mindfulness Meditation is making all the difference

I have spent the last three months taking time each day (ok, about 40 minutes), once the kids are off to school to sit and listen to a guided meditation CD. I have to tell you, it’s making all the difference.

I used to constantly feel overwhelmed and especially when I felt tired, it was almost impossible to keep my cool.

But I’ve found since I started meditating I generally feel more in the moment. I’m not thinking about the moment as much as just feeling alive and pretty happy.

I know it’s hard to make the time in our busy lives to just sit and be in our bodies, but if you’re looking for something to help you cope, and generally enjoy life more give it a try.
