The jam-makers arrived at our house last night

Inspired by my neighbor, Donna who is a culinary guru, I decided to try my hand at raspberry jam. I stopped in to see Donna, and the aroma floating around her kitchen was unbelievable and she said, “it’s so easy,” like she always does. And, as always, she was right.

Here we go, starting with the flat we found, which I’m still convinced was the last one on the whole of Vancouver Island.
