Nice to put my feet up with a book by Anthony Doerr. Let’s just say I am a big fan. I think he’s one of the best fiction writer’s on the planet and picking up one of his books is a treat.
I read Memory Wall a few years ago, also by Doerr and that was a collection of short stories. It was probably one of the best books I’ve ever read and that was saying a lot because generally I don’t read short stories.
So time to soak up some more of About Grace, about a man who sees things before they happen and falls in love with a woman in a supermarket. It’s so rich and so juicy I feel like he’s taking me to school.
BTW this one is strictly for pleasure and not on my YA Fiction Club list.
