Welcome, March!

I have lots of raised beds full to the brim with roses and bulbs. The roses are starting to leaf out and the bulbs. They are glorious. Who doesn’t love spring?

I’m such a proud mum today. My son played four soccer games on our Gabriola field and had a great turnout. Thanks to the many volunteers and coaches who made this such a great event for my son.

Sometimes, when you arrive home to a leaking hot water tank, and the sprinkles on your donut are falling off, it’s good to breathe and find a way back to feeling that lovely sense of peace that comes with just surrendering to the day that is a bit of a fight.
